Overview

Champion Window - Customer Support Specialist (on-site position)

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle customer support concerns, including scheduling warranty appointments, ordering parts, and maintaining customer records throughout the installation and service process.

Note: This is an on-site position, not remote.

Pay range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  1. Answer incoming customer support inquiries promptly via phone, text, and email.
  2. Make outbound calls to provide updates on installation and service status.
  3. Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
  4. Enter and maintain customer records and job-related information in the CRM database.
  5. Provide work orders to Service Measure Tech daily.
  6. Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded.
  7. Generate and distribute Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports prior to scheduled meetings.
  8. Support PSG/CSC for assigned division(s).
  9. Manage routine customer concerns and facilitate escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
  10. Process electronic credit card and check payments.
  11. Assist with receiving products in CRM Database and/or F&O.
  12. Support division(s) in Accounts Receivable collections and management.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 5 years of customer support experience preferred.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Must be service-oriented, a team player with high energy; capable of multitasking, self-direction, and working well with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service and multi-phone line experience helpful.
  • Strong work ethic, good attendance, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone skills.
