- Review current equipment and warranty terms to propose appropriate service contract solutions
- Conduct follow-up communications for feedback on service contract options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing
- Proven sales record of success and strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and cultivate positive client relationships
