Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support.
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on customer documentation including quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and credit notes.
• Coordinate customer orders, returns, exchanges, and sample shipments with accurate CRM and ERP records.
• Monitor accounts receivable activities, support collection efforts, and manage monthly consignment stock coordination and invoicing.
• Track and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal departments for timely follow-up.
• Maintain sales data and company systems, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and support sales activities with account managers and sales leadership.
