Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer questions via phone, email, and walk-ins at the P66 Refinery in Westlake, LA. You will resolve routine issues, analyze service needs, and coordinate follow-up with other departments as needed.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a diverse environment. Experience of 2-4 years is preferred and high school diploma is required.

• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and walk-ins.
• Provide inquiry or problem resolution for routine and some non-routine issues.
• Analyze service needs and coordinate with other departments for follow-up.
• Back-up support to sales counter with walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
