Job summary

Fives Landis Corp is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Concord Twp., Ohio to act as the primary customer contact across phone, email, and in-person channels. You will manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate shipment activities, and support distributors using SAP.

The role targets individuals with 2–4 years of B2B customer service experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Hours Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30, pay range $18–$26 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-4 years B2B customer service experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Manage the full order lifecycle: entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and expediting.
• Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP.
• Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
• Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p

Pay- $18-$26 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

Your role will be to:

• Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery

• Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy
