Job summary

Fives Landis Corp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Concord, Ohio operations. The role focuses on serving as the main customer contact, managing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate data through SAP.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience in manufacturing or industrial settings and strong MS Office skills. On-site hours are Monday–Friday, with benefits package and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma is required.
• 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Manage the full order lifecycle, including entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and expediting.
• Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP (ERP system).
• Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
• Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p

Pay- $18-$26 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

Since we are located off I-90 and Auburn Road, it will be an easy commute.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience, manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Suite products. Working knowledge of SAP preferred. If you thrive on resolving issues and assisting customers, then we are eager to change the world with you!
