Fives Landis Corp in Concord Twp., Ohio is seeking a CNC Grinding Operator for 1st or 2nd shift. You will set up and operate CNC machines, load materials, secure workpieces, select tooling, and ensure tolerances are met while maintaining production flow.

Competitive pay based on experience with shift differentials; benefits applicable. Minimum high school diploma and 1 year manufacturing/CNC experience required; G-code programming a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing and CNC operator experience.
• G-code programming experience is a plus.
• Experience with setting up and operating CNC machines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes.

Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a 1st & 2nd shift CNC Operator to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio.

Hours: 1st shift 7:00am- 3:30pm, 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am
