Fives Landis Corp in Concord Twp., Ohio is seeking a Precision Tool Grinder on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime available.

Join a team that operates manual grinding machines to produce tooling components to exact specs and supports high-tech manufacturing. You will inspect parts with optical comparators, maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions and tolerance.
• Mechanical mindset with the ability to use grinding machinery.

• Work with High-Tech Materials: Operate and maintain manual grinding machines in order to grind tooling components to exact specifications.
• Demonstrate strong attention to details: Inspect parts using optical comparators and similar tools to ensure top-notch accuracy.
• Be Part of a Quality-Driven Team: Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance.

At Fives Landis Corp, and under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you will join the Cutting Tools team.

Since we are located off I-90 and Auburn Road, it will be an easy commute.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions & tolerance
• Mechanical mindset with the ability to use grinding machinery.
