Job summary

Fives Landis Corp in Concord Twp., Ohio, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the primary contact for order entry, quotes, shipment coordination and resolving customer inquiries, using SAP to process orders and maintain strong distributor relationships.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and 2–4 years of B2B customer service experience in manufacturing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30.

Qualifications

• Minimum a High School diploma.
• 2–4 years of business-to-business customer service experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact by handling order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting.
• Provide professional, timely support to customers and visitors by managing calls, walk-ins, and internal communications.
• Prepare accurate quotes and oversee full order lifecycle with correct pricing and shipping details.

We are currently seeking a business-to-business Customer Service Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p

Pay- $18-$23 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

• Serve as the primary customer contact by handling order entry, quote requests, shipment coordination, and order expediting to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver professional, timely support to customers and visitors by managing incoming calls, walk‑ins, and communication with internal teams.
• Prepare accurate quotes and oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring correct pricing, product details, quantities, and shipping requirements.
• Utilize SAP to process customer and distributor orders accurately while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, customers, and cross‑functional internal partners.
