Job summary

Nesco Resource is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist for a local manufacturing company in Elmira, NY. This is a Direct Hire, fully onsite position with pay of $24–$28 per hour. Hours are Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

You will assist with shipment orders, communicate with production, and provide exceptional service by phone and email, while building strong relationships with current customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and move between orders.
• A desire and willingness to learn and be coached.
