Job summary

Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading renewable energy manufacturer in Henrietta, NY to hire Production Technicians for night shifts. This is a long-term temporary opportunity designed to build hands-on manufacturing skills and career growth within a cutting-edge industry.

The role involves hand and power tool assembly, following procedures, safe handling, and documentation. Expect a 4x10 schedule with a $18–$20 hourly wage plus a 12% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble a variety of sub-systems and components.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
• Operate hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation work.
• Operate material handling equipment as required; training/certification provided.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process.
• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Complete manufacturing documentation as required.

• Shift 2: Monday – Thursday (4 X 10), 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00/Hour (Based On Experience)
  • + 12% Shift Diff.
