You will assist with renewals, support reporting and data entry, resolve order discrepancies, and track escalations while collaborating with sales and service teams to deliver timely solutions.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales support or customer facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software required.
