Badger Meter is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and support scalable software powering connected products and digital platforms. You will lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps to deliver high-quality software.

In this role you will influence architecture, participate in code reviews, and help drive best practices across teams while navigating a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Onsite in Los Gatos, CA preferred.

This role serves as a technical leader on complex projects, partnering closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and business needs.The successful candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
