You will prepare quotes, review requests, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.

We’re looking for an organized, responsive professional who can maintain precise CRM records and support the outside sales team with follow-ups and account management

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner
• Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing
• Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward
• Communicate with customers on pricing, timelines, and service options
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams for accuracy
• Maintain organized, detailed records in CRM and internal systems
• Support the outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed
