Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders, revisions, and returns with high accuracy.

• Coordinate with production planning, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to support on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in enterprise systems.
• Support shipping documentation and transportation coordination as required.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies and inquiries.
• Follow established processes and SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, attendance, and company standards.
