Catalytic Combustion in Bloomer, WI is hiring a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to manage customer orders from entry through invoicing, serving as the key link between sales, customers, and internal departments to ensure orders are entered, released to manufacturing, scheduled, shipped, and invoiced on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively across teams, and is comfortable using ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities at once.
• 1-3 years working experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling or coordination is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Manufacturing or accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders and customer information accurately within the ERP system.
• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, delivery requirements, and customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate new customer onboarding paperwork and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Serve as a primary internal point of coordination for customer order status and requirements.
• Support the release of customer orders to manufacturing.
• Monitor order timelines and coordinate with manufacturing to ensure customer commitments are understood and communicated.
• Communicate changes to schedules, priorities, and customer requirements to the appropriate internal teams.
• Assist in communicating shipment delays and revised timelines to customers.
• Monitor and help maintain and report customer on-time delivery performance metrics.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure orders are prepared and shipped according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing regarding material requirements, availability, and potential impacts to customer orders.
• Provide general administrative and operational support across departments as needed.
