Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing and the order-to-delivery process.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Background in purchasing or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, create pick tickets and purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor open purchase orders, update notes and reconcile pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate order and work order notes, tracking info and delivery dates; update website orders.
