Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or order processing.
• Experience with purchase orders and the order-to-delivery cycle.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, create pick tickets and purchase orders; ensure PO processing is accurate and timely.
• Monitor open purchase orders; update notes on parts, dates, and pricing discrepancies with_parts specialists.
• Maintain order/work order notes, tracking, and delivery dates; update website orders with status.
• Manage RMAs from request to credit or replacement.
• Maintain customer/vendor account information and completion of setup/maintenance docs.
• Provide backup for Administrative Support and Fulfillment.
• Assist GM and Director of Operations with projects and other needs.
