A leading consulting firm in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Support professional to manage client relationships and assist with retirement services inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and previous experience in customer service. This contract position offers a pay range of $19.17/hr to $22.16/hr and requires direct contract without sponsorship.

Job Title: Customer Support, Client Service

Location: Columbus, OH 43219, USA

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay range: $19.17/hr. - $22.16/hr

Job Description:

• Primary Responsibilities: Establish and maintain effective relationships in order to deliver world class service to our clients.
• Handle incoming phone calls from financial advisors and branch employees related to Retirement Services.
• Utilize various internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues.
• Follow established procedures to route processing requests to the appropriate processing teams and to escalate inquiries for further research.
• Meet team and department service goals as established by MSSN management.
