Uline is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help build customer relationships and deliver legendary service from its Minnesota Branch in Hudson, WI. This on-site, full-time role offers pay from $25 to $30 per hour with strong growth potential and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities include handling orders, providing product recommendations, and assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. Benefits and bonus programs are available; on-site facilities support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world‑class technology.
