Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Provide explanations of service options, pricing, and treatment plans.
• Document customer complaints and relay to management for resolution.
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, and sales representatives for seamless communication.
• Monitor accounts receivable, process payments, and assist with billing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Monitor past due accounts and attempt collections as needed.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
