Customer Support Associate - Work From Home

System Requirements:

• Laptop with i5 processor, 10+ GB RAM, and Windows 10 OS (Government laptops are not eligible)
• Broadband internet connection with minimum speed of 30 Mbps
• Candidates should join the interview using only a laptop

Job Details:

• Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Voice Inbound (Contractual Role)
• Process: E-COMMERCE
• Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational week offs
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 9 hours of login (8 hours productivity + 1 hour break)

Language Requirements:

• Regional Language: Malayalam
• Basic English reading ability
