As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your purpose is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email—handling questions about orders, products, payments, and website guidance. You will use various tools to navigate, research, and communicate effectively with customers.
This role requires working variable hours, including overnight, day, and late shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled based on customer demand within operating hours of 6 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Saturday. You may be required to work on national holidays. Exact schedules will be communicated closer to your start date.
