Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Associate in Oceanside, CA. The role involves assisting customers with shipment rate quotes, data logging, and in-store support with some phone assistance, helping the team handle daily operations and escalations as needed.

The position offers opportunities for growth within Operations and requires 2–5+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, plus solid communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store daily.
• Assist customers with shipment rate quotes.
• Log data and perform data entry.
• Provide in-store and some phone support.
• Escalate questions to teammates as needed.

Day to Day:

This is a great opportunity to work for an international Logistics any Supply Chain company. As the Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will have the potential opportunity to grow within Operations as well. You will be opening and closing the store each day, helping customers with shipment rate quotes, logging data, and much more! You will be servicing customers in the store, with some over-the-phone support as well. You will also be able to reach out to other team members for any questions that need to be escalated.
