Experience Needed

• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, including prior recruiting for construction and engineering roles
• Sources candidates proactively, which is the largest part of the role
• Posts open roles in Rippling and on job boards, and manages the inbound application pipeline
• Reviews applications and follows up with department heads and hiring managers on application reviews
• Conducts phone and video screening calls with candidates after hiring manager approval
• Schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicates outcomes to all applicants, including rejections
• Supports the offer process by sending job offers to selected candidates
• Works closely with HR and hiring managers across departments to keep every search moving

Good to have

• Exceptionally organized and proactive in communication, great English speaking as this is an external facing role
• Wants a long‑term career in recruiting and is eager to grow into a leadership role over time
• Brings a growth mindset and takes ownership of the hiring process from posting to offer
• Experience with Rippling and ClickUp

Non-negotiable Requirements

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple open roles and pipelines at once without anything slipping
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing candidates
• Over-communicates and proactively shares updates with hiring managers and candidates, great English speaking
