Customer Support Agent

At Foley, a Customer Support Agent plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and providing detailed information about our products' features and functionalities. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and relaying feedback to our product and management teams are also crucial. The role involves managing complex or escalated issues in collaboration with other departments and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

This position offers a remote work option. Residents in CT, MA, GA, SC, FL, and TX are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18.25/hour, Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST (evening shifts required two evenings per week).

Requirements
  1. Support clients, drivers, and candidates in understanding DOT and FCRA regulations.
  2. Conduct employment verifications and gather crucial information.
  3. Respond to client questions, review driver documents, and process compliance documents.
  4. Maintain expertise in regulations and Foley products, educating clients on drug testing and background checks.
  5. Promote Foley’s reputation through outstanding customer service.
  6. Build and maintain positive customer relationships and support.
  7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
  8. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
  9. Handle escalated issues collaboratively with other departments.
  10. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat messages.
Additional Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Remote work experience preferred.
  4. Experience with SaaS applications.
  5. Reliable internet and a peaceful work environment.
  6. Flexibility for shift work, including evenings.
  7. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  8. Experience in and aptitude for providing exceptional customer service.
  9. Proactive motivation and strong work ethic.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  11. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  12. Organizational and prioritization skills.
  13. Desire for long-term professional growth.
