Role Overview

A customer support agent at Foley plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and providing detailed information about our products. Building positive relationships and gathering customer feedback are also key aspects of the role. The agent manages complex issues, collaborates across departments, and maintains detailed records of interactions.

Location & Compensation

This is a remote position. Residents of CT, MA, GA, SC, FL, and TX are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18.25/hour - Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST (evening shifts required two evenings per week)

Minimum Requirements
  1. Support clients, drivers, and candidates in understanding DOT and FCRA regulations.
  2. Conduct employment verifications and gather essential information.
  3. Respond to client questions, review driver documents, and process compliance documents.
  4. Maintain expertise in regulations and Foley products; educate clients on drug testing and background checks.
  5. Deliver outstanding customer service and promote Foley's reputation.
  6. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
  8. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
  9. Handle complex or escalated issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  10. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Experience with SaaS applications.
  4. Reliable internet and a peaceful remote workspace.
  5. Flexibility for shift work, including evenings.
  6. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  7. Experience in providing excellent customer service.
  8. Proactive, motivated, and reliable in a remote setting.
  9. Strong work ethic and integrity.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal systems.
  12. Organizational and prioritization skills.
  13. A desire for long-term professional growth.
