Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to be the primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries, resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy, and communicating clearly across phone, email, and chat channels.

You will document interactions, confirm service appointments, coordinate scheduling, assist with parts orders and service calls, determine warranty coverage, support accurate invoicing or collections, process RMAs, and escalate

  • Moderate office noise level.
