Job summary

Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist for our Oklahoma retail location. You will answer calls, greet customers, and provide administrative support to the regional office team, serving internal and external customers as needed.

The role requires high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a phone or in-person setting, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person.
• Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Handles administrative tasks including faxes, reporting, database maintenance, member correspondence, inventory and retail area upkeep.
• Customer Service: Assists customers with basic inquiries, processes payments, takes messages, directs calls; logs inquiries; schedules appointments; researches and forwards for appropriate handling.
• Makes deliveries to postal services; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
