Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ STARCOM21 unit is seeking an experienced ACSM to manage customer operations, focusing on invoicing and supporting ongoing network operations with subcontractors. You will contribute to service continuity for first responders and public safety clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, adherence to compliance, and delivering reliable support to customers. Travel is under 10%, with relocation none and a base salary between $80,000 and $90,000 USD.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Public Safety environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account invoicing and customer support for customers.
• Collaborate with Motorola Subcontractors and internal teams to sustain network operations.
