Mars in Chicago, IL is seeking a Customer Supply Manager to own end-to-end order-to-cash processes and optimize supply and customer alignment. You will lead a team, manage allocations, and partner with Sales and Finance to handle deductions and CPU agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 5+ years in order management, customer supply chain, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and order management software.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage billing logs, pricing deductions, and CPU agreements.
• Experience tracking and driving supply chain KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, order cycle time).
• Proven track record of managing network inventory levels, customer allocations, and supply constraints.
• Direct experience coordinating S&OE and S&OP processes.
• Strong leadership with coaching, mentoring, and structured development of teams.
• Excellent communication and escalation-handling skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete order-to-cash lifecycle, resolving product availability challenges to maintain flow.
• Oversee customer allocation strategies, quota adherence, and network inventory health.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to manage billing logs, pricing/fill-related deductions, and CPU agreements.
• Contribute to S&OE and S&OP to align supply capabilities with demand and inventory goals.
• Serve as escalation point for critical customer supply issues and drive swift resolutions.
• Foster collaborative relationships across Supply, Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and key customers.
• Lead new customer setups, promotions, and product resets with clear internal communication.
• Coach and develop the team through 1:1s, meetings, and development plans.
• Monitor and elevate team performance against fulfillment targets and KPIs.
• Drive digital tools and process improvements to streamline order execution.
