Qualifications

• Strong analytics to manage billing logs, deductions, and CPU.
• Experience tracking KPIs like OTIF, fill rates, cycle time.
• Experience with inventory levels, allocations, and constraints.
• Experience with S&OE and S&OP processes.
• Leadership with coaching and team development.

Responsibilities

• Own the order-to-cash lifecycle and resolve availability issues.
• Oversee allocation strategies and network inventory health.
• Collaborate with Sales/Finance on billing logs and deductions.
• Contribute to S&OE and S&OP to align supply with demand.
• Escalation point for critical customer supply issues.

• Lead team through 1:1s, meetings, and development planning.

• Represent the team in cross-functional forums and drive digital tools.
