You will serve as the main link between stores, warehouses, and body shop locations, ensuring smooth workflow and strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include monitoring stock at customer sites, preparing orders with correct part numbers, and timely communication of backorders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset are essential.
• Knowledge of local delivery routes is helpful.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are needed.
• Ability to work independently within structured routes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer locations.
• Review usage trends and anticipate demand based on workflow.
• Prepare and submit accurate material orders with correct part numbers.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for timely fulfillment.
• Assist in organizing materials for delivery and verify quantities.
• Communicate backorders or issues to relevant teams promptly.
• Build relationships with technicians and painters at locations.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain records of inventory, orders, deliveries, and interactions.
• Report missing items or damaged goods promptly.
