• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Represent OxyChem's standards and promote safety and environmental stewardship.
• Interface between OxyChem and U.S. and Canadian customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to onboard new customers and maintain relationships.
• Drive order-to-cash activities from entry in SAP through shipment and invoicing.
• Maintain essential customer information across systems.
• Build internal networks to communicate customer needs and issues.
• Communicate invoicing details and resolve discrepancies.
• Promote customer service offerings like e-commerce and paperless orders.
• Adhere to SOX compliance and lead process-improvement initiatives.
