Job summary

You will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from order placement through delivery and beyond.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities including onboarding, order entry/modifications, pricing, invoicing, and AR dispute resolution.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, delivery updates and issue resolution plans; collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions.
