Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Logistics Business Insights Manager to lead data-driven decision making in our Center Logistics Excellence. The role focuses on analytics, automation, and a future-ready digital backbone to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

You will drive proactive decision-making, develop advanced analytics for logistics, and partner with IT and operations to embed solutions across workflows. Hybrid work arrangement and travel up to 10% are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, mathematics, or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
5-7 years in logistics or related field with digital transformation focus.
Experience deploying AI/ML and automation in logistics to enable proactive decisions.
Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Denodo, Azure Databricks, Copilot 365/Studio.

Responsibilities

Enable proactive, insight-led decision-making through advanced analytics and automated insights.
Translate complex data into clear narratives guiding logistics decisions.
Develop advanced signal-sensing analytics (demand, capacity, service, cost, external signals).
Build analytics fluency across logistics through coaching and enablement.
Lead deployment of analytics platforms, automation, and AI-enabled tools across logistics operations.
Identify high-value use cases for automation and analytics that improve service and cost.
