Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in procurement, procure-to-pay, or related supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating operational work and managing escalations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to accuracy.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, Excel, and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or IS.

Responsibilities

• Lead 14 team members across multiple processes, regions, and time zones.
• Oversee workload management, coaching, and performance support.
• Support succession planning and onboarding for contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI governance.
