Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Network Planning Manager in Alpharetta, GA to lead mid- and long-term supply planning across a complex, seasonal network. You will own the 3-24 month supply plan balancing demand, capacity, inventory, service levels and financial objectives, while partnering with IBP to drive growth and working capital efficiency.

This role requires collaboration with multiple functions and provides leadership in strategic supply scenarios, capacity planning, and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive supply chain, planning, operations, or IBP experience.
• Experience in supply planning, S&OP/IBP, Network Planning, or Integrated Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or other fast-paced supply chain environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3-24 month supply plan based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Define inventory policies and working capital requirements through capacity planning.
• Lead strategic supply-demand matching across the network.
• Develop supply scenarios balancing service, cost, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
