You will lead the materials team, oversee purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, and warehousing, and align goals with the plant leadership team to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• BSc in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience in a plant or supply chain role.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and develop people.
• Understanding of how plant functions interact to support business goals.
• Strong knowledge of planning systems and SAP MHPS protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure smooth production and high service.
• Oversee short- and long-range production and material planning.
• Control inventory levels to meet management goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with HQ S&OP and cross-functional teams to maximize service while balancing cost.
• Utilize HPWS systems to empower and develop teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
