Job summary

Ashley Furniture is hiring a Customer Success Learning Development Specialist in Tampa, FL. You will design, deliver, and maintain training programs for Customer Success and Retail teams, supporting onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure strong knowledge transfer.

As a SME, you will manage content in LMS and knowledge systems, partner with operations and leadership, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experiences. This role is on-site in a climate-controlled office environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, training, onboarding, content support, or process improvement environments
• Experience creating and maintaining training content and documentation
• Demonstrated experience facilitating training or presenting to groups

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver training programs for Customer Success and Retail teams
• Maintain and update learning materials, SOPs, and process documentation
• Support employee development through ongoing coaching and performance support
• Track training completion, learner progress, and adoption of new processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert for process and operational knowledge
