Roadtex Transportation, a leading LTL carrier in the United States, seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will ensure policy compliance, manage performance issues, and oversee shipments while maintaining staffing coverage and process accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will drive efficiency, train new staff, and improve SOPs to support Roadtex's core

Formación

• 3–5 years of supervisor experience or equivalent in leading a team.
• College degree preferred or similar experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
• Proven track record in driving a team to successful outcomes in servicing clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to and proven track record working in a fast pace and multi-tasking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead their team's performance and ensure compliance to department and company policies.
• Address and document performance or compliance issues; escalate to upper management when necessary.
• Manage PTO and vacation coverage, ensuring adequate staffing.
• Approve all Drop or CPU shipments and record for approval/tracking compliance.
• Ensure all 3 Rs, storage approvals and expedited shipments have dollar amounts and quote IDs.
• Monitor Master Approval File daily for accuracy and compliance before billing.
• Monitor service level reports and follow up on shipments not resolved promptly; report issues daily to CSR Director.
• Train new team members on SOPs and operational efficiencies to support the business.
• Suggest improvements to SOPs and processes to push the business forward.
