Job summary

Roadtex Transportation, a leader in nationwide LTL and temperature-controlled logistics, seeks a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives that boost efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will provide structure, governance, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. A collaborative leader with Lean mindset will partner with leaders, stakeholders, and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or transportation strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Lead project teams in execution of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risks to keep initiatives on track.
• Establish and maintain project charters, status reports, and governance routines.
• Track and communicate project milestones, KPIs, and outcomes to leadership.
