Job summary

Rad AI is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support our growing user base of AI radiology solutions. You will own a portfolio of accounts, manage end-to-end technical transitions, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

You will monitor client feedback, coordinate support escalations, and partner with CSMs on ROI analytics. Proficiency with HubSpot, Zendesk, Linear, and Microsoft Office is expected, with room to grow into CS, support, sales, or implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years in implementation, support, operations, or a related role.
• Healthcare or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights; storytelling is key.
• Experience using AI tools to scale productivity (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT).
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Run technical account transitions end to end.
• Monitor client feedback to flag risks early.
• Coordinate technical support escalations through resolution.
• Partner with CSMs on ROI data and analytics reports.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
• Become expert in internal tools Orion, Europa, Linear, Zendesk.
• Identify systemic issues and suggest scalable improvements.
• Help build a world-class customer success organization.
