Ossium Health seeks a Customer Support Specialist to be the primary contact for orthopedic distributors and partners. You will manage day-to-day account support, coordinate orders, and track data for a seamless order lifecycle. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, and Operations to support relationships and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in B2C and/or B2B sales.
• Experience with order processing, invoicing, or account management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong problem-solving and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for distributor and customer accounts.
• Manage order processing, tracking, and communications.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records in internal systems.
• Support new account onboarding and training.
• Coordinate invoicing with Finance and monitor payment status.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution.
• Track and report key account data for accuracy and satisfaction.
