Össur is seeking a Customer Care representative in Orlando, FL to process orders, verify warranties, and coordinate with field teams. The role requires strong MS Office skills, CRM use, and a customer-first mindset. The shift is 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with benefits and a base pay range described in postings.

You will handle pricing, returns, and inquiries, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a superior customer experience while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Basic knowledge of accounting terms desirable.
• Basic medical terminology desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders by phone, computer, and interpersonal interactions per procedures.
• Verifies warranties, enters returns authorizations, and handles invoices/credits.
• Provides pricing and availability from price lists or by faxing prices to customers.
• Enters customer data into CRM and manages customer interactions daily.
• Generates communications with field sales and other departments via CRM regarding orders.
