Job summary

AstroNova is seeking a Customer Success Representative in West Warwick, RI to manage onboarding, success expansion, and retention for its printing supplies customers. You will be the main contact, prepare quotations, create new label part numbers, process orders, and handle renewals, working with CRM, ERP, and RingCentral systems.

The role combines office work with up to 2 days remote, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive recurring revenue and customer

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of world-class customer service experience.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve account retention goals for assigned territories.
• Interact via email/phone with customers using CRM/ERP data.
• Oversee onboarding with Technical Support to ensure adoption.
• Create and quote new label part numbers to meet needs.
• Process orders and coordinate renewals for materials and services.
• Provide training and coaching to fellow CSRs on retention strategies.
