Job summary

Sheet Labels, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Representative to partner with Account Managers before the close and own the relationship after it. You will ensure clean onboarding, flawless reorders, and proactive account health to drive retention and growth.

The role emphasizes high ownership, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach to expand the account with new SKUs and applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer-facing in manufacturing / packaging / print or an analogous custom-product industry.
• Detail-oriented; owns quote / order admin without losing the customer thread.
• Strong written and verbal communication, directly customer-facing.
• We value curiosity, product knowledge, consultative communication, ownership, empathy, constructive honesty, coachability, and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Pre-close: prepare quotes, pricing docs, and sample orders alongside the AM
• Pre-close: own deal admin so AMs stay in front of customers
• Post-close: onboard production specs fast and clean
• Manage reorder cadence and inventory coordination
• Drive account expansion through new SKUs and applications
• Protect retention through proactive account-health management
