Job summary

WillScot, a leading provider of temporary space solutions in North America, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to manage workorders and billing with customers. You will handle orders from initiation to return, review invoices, collect documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support or customer service experience with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong phone contact handling, active listening, and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer transactions from initiation through return.
• Process orders accurately, obtain signed leases/purchase orders, and collect insurance certificates and tax exemptions.
• Review invoices, manage billing issues, and coordinate with specialists to resolve customer queries.
• Provide quality service, upsell value-added products, and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
