Merrill Manufacturing Company in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a Customer Success Representative to manage customer relationships and the end‑to‑end ordering process. You will ensure outstanding service, accurate orders, and proactive communication to support retention and revenue growth.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering dependable service and proactive engagement for customers in the water well and water system industries.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for customers by phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Take orders, enter into system, and guide the ordering process from receipt to fulfillment.
• Provide product and service information, troubleshooting, and general support.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and usage.
• Escalate complex issues to the sales team when needed.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation, supporting retention and revenue growth.
