Job summary

Jump - Advisor AI in Draper, UT is seeking a Product Specialist to become a trusted expert on Jump, supporting financial advisors with the AI assistant and related workflows.

You will manage high-velocity support, respond quickly, and help educate users about Jump’s features while feeding useful feedback to product and engineering teams. This hybrid role requires strong communication and independence.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 1–5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing tech role preferred.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jump Help Desk – a chat interface powered by Intercom.
• Respond quickly and professionally to financial advisors’ requests.
• Debug and resolve some customer issues live over Zoom calls.
• Keep customers updated on issue status and resolutions.
• Note feature requests and recurring issues for product/engineering teams.
• Educate users on how to get the most out of Jump’s features.
